Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information Seynsis collects when you visit seynsis.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What this policy covers
This policy covers our public website and our communications with prospective customers. It does not cover data that our customers store and process in the Seynsis platform, such as patient records, employee files or financial data. For that data our customer is the controller and Seynsis processes it on their behalf, under the customer agreement and data processing agreement we sign with them. If your information is held in a Seynsis customer's system, please contact that organisation directly.
Information we collect
When you request a demo or contact us
If you use our demo request form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, work email address, organisation, team size, the modules you are interested in, and your message.
When you browse the website
Like almost every website, our web servers record basic technical information for each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and running, for example to investigate errors or abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load third-party scripts. Our fonts are served from our own servers, so viewing a page does not send your information to a font provider. If we ever introduce analytics or other cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo you have asked for.
- To follow up about Seynsis after that conversation, which you can ask us to stop at any time.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running a secure website, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, or on your consent where we have asked for it. We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as our hosting infrastructure, the form service that receives demo requests, and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it unless you have become a customer or the law requires us to keep it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted.
How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to the information we hold is limited to the people who need it. You can read more about our approach on our security page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@seynsis.com. We will respond within the time the law allows. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the website.
